- Increase fiber intake

- Early morning : warm water
- Breakfast : Vegetable oats + fruit
- Mid morning : Papaya/guava
- Lunch : 2 roti+dal+sabzi+salad+chaas
- Evening : Sprouts/roasted chana
- Dinner : Light khichdi/roti + bhaji
