- Drink 2.5- - 3 litres of water daily to stay hydrated
- Start your day with lemon water or jeera water
- Include coconut water or buttermilk daily
- Eat seasonal fruits like watermelon,muskmelon,papaya
- Add cucumber & salads to meals for cooling
- Prefer light,home - cooked food
- Eat small frequent meals instead of heavy meals
- Include curd for gut health &cooling effect
- Use mint ( pudina ) in chutney or drinks
- Add sabja ( basil ) seeds in drinks for cooling
- Avoid fried,oil & spicy foods
- Avoid soft drinks & packaged juices
- Don't skip meals ( can cause acidity )
- Avoid eating state or outside food in heat
- Limit tea & coffee
