Summer Healthy Tips

  • Drink 2.5- - 3 litres of water daily to stay hydrated
  • Start your day with lemon water or jeera water
  • Include coconut water or buttermilk daily
  • Eat seasonal fruits like watermelon,muskmelon,papaya
  • Add cucumber & salads to meals for cooling
  • Prefer light,home - cooked food
  • Eat small frequent meals instead of heavy meals
  • Include curd for gut health &cooling effect
  • Use mint ( pudina ) in chutney or drinks 
  • Add sabja ( basil ) seeds in drinks for cooling
Avoid these habits
  • Avoid fried,oil & spicy foods
  • Avoid soft drinks & packaged juices
  • Don't skip meals ( can cause acidity )
  • Avoid eating state or outside food in heat 
  • Limit tea & coffee
