- Take medicine daily on an empty stomach
- Best time : Early morning
- Take with plain water only
- Wait 30-45 minutes before tea/coffee breakfast

- Soy products in excess
- Junk food,bakery items
- Refined sugar & maida
- Fried and oily foods
- Exercise daily ( 30 to 45 min ) - brisk walking, Yoga ( Suryanamskar,Pranayam )
- Maintain regular sleep cycle
- Reduce stress ( meditation,deep breathing )
- Eat small,frequent meals
- Avoid late - night eating
- Control portion size
- Track weight monthly
- Test TSH,T3,T4 every 6 to 12 months
- Follow doctor's dosage changes strictly
- Do not stop medicine on your own even if reports are normal.
- Stay well hydrated
- Avoid smoking and alcohol
