- Drink 2.5-3 litres water/day
- Eat more vegetables (lauki,tori,gajar,cucumber,pumpkin)

- Eat nuts & seeds in moderation
- Use lemon,vitamin C rich foods
- Cook in limited oil (groundnut/olive oil)
- Red meat,organ meat,seafood
- Alcohol (especially beer)
- Sugary drinks,packaged juices
- Excess pulses,mushrooms,spinach,cauliflower
- Fried & junk foods
- Maintain healthy weight and do regular walking/exercise.
